The software was intended to facilitate operation of the Terratec hardware, which typically supplied video transfer, copying, and editing processes on the user’s computer or laptop. The software came free with the Terratec products, although it was also only available for Windows users: the program supplied to Mac users was the Terratec Video Rescue application instead.
